Exhibitor Badges

You can now register your staff who will be on your stand. Simply select "Exhibitor Badges" on the menu to the left and then click the ACCESS HERE button that appears. You will be taken to a new portal.

You can add your staff one by one or you can import all your staff in one excel sheet and then upload.

Please note that you can have unlimited badges.

Invite Prospects/Customers

You can now invite your customers and prospects to come to the event. Simply click on this menu option on the left and then click the ACCESS HERE button that appears. You will be taken to a new portal. 

You will need to add the contacts you wish to invite, either one by one or into the below template:

Please note that you can have unlimited invitations for the free visitor pass. An automated email is sent to each person and they can register for the pass via this email.

Click ACCESS HERE below to get access to the Lead Dashboard to set up your qualifying questions. 

Please note that your will receive your login details for the Lead Dashboard and the Lead Scanner App, on the first instance that you click on the ACCESS HERE button.

You have unlimited licenses and your team will need to download the mobile app to scan visitors on your stand. Type in Engage Scanner in App Store or Google Play:

Please note that you do not need to order devices as your team will all use the same login details to log into the app on your mobile. 

Staff members can export their own leads directly from their mobile app, or you can export the entire team's lead from the Lead Dashboard, see the guide below on how to do this:
