Seb is a DevSecOps transformation specialist, and is Head of Application Security for LRQA, a global assurance and cyber security services company. A software engineer by trade, Seb moved into information security to help engineering functions build safely, and at pace, through platform engineering, automation and organisation change practices. Seb was previously the Senior Engineering Manager at Clear Bank, where he built an award-winning security engineering function from the ground up over a two-year period, scaling the function to protect a cloud native digital bank.
