Meha Shukla has 30 years of global experience of working with Government, public sector, private sector and academia to grow strategic advantage through innovation and technology advancements as business transformation, programme management and business assurance expert. As a consultant, she has driven multiple projects for assessing capabilities and improving awareness, governance, assurance as well as adaptation for cyber risk management for business organizations, public sector bodies as well as a national sector. She has provided recommendations through scientific evidence-based research to enhance policies/regulations/guidance to minimize national security risks arising from the changing technology and crime landscape. Her research at UCL’s Dawes Centre for Future Crime on “Effectiveness of Cyber security risk management for Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) under Network and Information Security (NIS) legislation in UK” produced valuable recommendations for the UK Government.

For her current PhD research on “cyber-physical security of smart street infrastructure of London”, she has worked with a European Horizon 2020 project to enhance futuristic smart city security models. In private sector, she has delivered and assured benefits that align to national/international/business goals in technology-based service implementation and business change programmes of the order of £3-£30 million, from project inception to implementation, across various industry sectors. Meha also conducts multiple training courses on digital risks, security policies and crime response within smart infrastructure service developments for senior professionals.
