Ciara is cluster manager for Scotland’s cyber cluster. Her role involves supporting the development, growth and promotion of the cyber security sector and community building to enable collaboration and innovation in this sector in Scotland. Previously Ciara worked as Head of Global Product Management within BT’s Cyber Security Division before freelancing for a cyber security start-up while completing an MBA. She became the Scottish cyber cluster manager in August 2019. Ciara sits on the Skills Development Scotland Cyber skills working group and the UK5G Security working group. She is also a trustee for a Scottish Charity ACE IT which focuses on providing digital skills training for the elderly.
