Announcing SenseOn’s Series A Funding Round
SenseOn, a cybersecurity company, has announced that it has secured $30m in Series a funding led by ERVE Capital with participation from previous investors, MMC Ventures and Mark Weatherford. The company's CEO expresses gratitude to the security leaders who have invested their time and budget, believing in SenseOn's mission to stop ransomware, data exfiltration, and sophisticated attacks while organisations digitally transform. The company has a rapidly growing community of security leaders who have partnered and collaborated with SenseOn, delivering significantly better outcomes for their organisations. SenseOn has also welcomed Alston Zecha and Jeremy Duggan to the board. SenseOn's unique ability to deploy an entire security architecture across the enterprise estate via a single piece of software has been recognised by the World Economic Forum as a Technology Pioneer in June 2021.
SenseOn has achieved an exciting milestone, but acknowledges that its success is thanks to the belief and support of courageous and innovative security leaders who have invested their time, feedback, and budget in the company. The importance of SenseOn's mission is highlighted by the increasing threat landscape that organisations face today. SenseOn aims to support organisations, businesses, and governments globally in their efforts to stop ransomware, data exfiltration, and sophisticated attacks while also digitally transforming their organisations to perform even better in the future.
SenseOn's journey began in 2018 with a groundbreaking research project that has now become a market-ready product. The company has built a rapidly growing community of information security leaders who have delivered significantly better outcomes for their organisations through partnership and collaboration with SenseOn. Finding the right fit with investors was crucial for SenseOn, and the company is pleased to partner with ERVE, whose technical understanding and shared belief in a better way to design and deliver security architecture aligned with SenseOn's mission.
The announcement of this partnership also brings new changes to SenseOn's Board of Directors, including the addition of Jeremy Duggan, a highly experienced leader with 25 years of experience in sales and go-to-market initiatives. SenseOn's growing momentum has inspired the company to push technical boundaries in security engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence. The company has been recognized for its breakthroughs by industry peers, including the IET's "Cybersecurity Innovation of 2019" award and the World Economic Forum's Technology Pioneer recognition in 2021.
SenseOn's platform combines easy access to timely, complete, and consistent data with the mature capabilities of its AI Triangulation to automate the process of threat detection, investigation, and response. This allows security teams to focus on what really matters and enables safe and secure digital transformation.
